Some talented prospects spent Saturday in Atlanta at the MVP Camp and a handful talk recruiting with Scout here...

Over 350 football players took the field to compete at the Atlanta MVP Camp Saturday at Therrell High School and Scout caught up with some for quick updates.

Okon Godwin - 6'1/235 - Alcovy (GA) 2014 LB
Hearing from: Oregon, Georgia Tech, Middle Tennessee St, Yale, Princeton, Harvard.
Favorite: "I want to go to UGA, but I haven't heard from them all year."

Jaylen Penny - 6'1/185 - Alcovy - 2014 WR
Hearing from: Middle Tennessee St, Michigan, Yale, and Penn.
Favorites: "I grew up liking Florida so that is my favorite school."

Curtis Benton - 6'2/240 - Alcovy - 2014 DE/OLB
Hearing from: Michigan, Georgia Tech, Yale, Duke, Penn, and Princeton.
Favorite: "Definitely want to go to Alabama."

Eric Swinney - 5'10/180 - Sandy Creek (GA) - 2015 RB

Why Auburn: "I love the coaching staff at Auburn. When I visited I sat down with Coach Malzahn and Coach Horton for about an hour and just talked about the process. They really made me comfortable and at home."
Why Georgia: "I haven't heard much from Georgia, but they are the in-state school which stands out. I am visiting UGA April 6 for the G-Day Game.

Why Ole Miss: "I really like the coaches and the facilities. They play a 4-3 which fits my style. The coaches tell me I will play the 3 technique and cover both gaps."

Rashad Canty - 6'3/197 - Riverdale (GA) - 2014 WR
Hearing from: Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia Tech, Mississippi State.
Favorite: Tennessee
Why Tennessee: "Coach Thigpen is recruiting me, and I really like him. He tells me like it is and is honest. It is a family atmosphere at Tennessee, and the way things are now I believe I would have a good chance to play early."
