Big Juco Corner Commits To Tigers
Perkinston, Miss.--Auburn is hoping to follow the path set by the Seattle Seahawks on defense by using long and rangy defensive backs to disrupt the flow of opposing offenses. Coach Gus Malzahn got a big addition to those plans on Monday when six-foot-two cornerback Tony Bridges from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College chose the Tigers over LSU, Mississippi State and Ole Miss for the 2015 recruiting class. Playing alongside Auburn signees D'haquille Williams and Derrick Moncrief last fall and a teammate of Auburn class of 2015 verbal commitment Jason Smith, Bridges says he's excited about his decision to be a Tiger.
