4-Star Wideout Shines At Camp, Gets Offer
Binjimen Victor said he felt liked it "he killed it" on Friday at a one-day football prospects camp on the Auburn University campus. Auburn's coaches obviously shared the same opinion, offering a scholarship to the class of 2016 prospect from Coconut Creek, Fla., High School, who said he already has nearly two dozen offers. "This camp was amazing," Victor said. "I put in a lot of work in the drills and did really well in the one-on-ones. That felt good to be able to do that." Noting that he is still very early in the recruiting process with a year and a half until his signing day, Victor said Auburn is now a school of interest. "The coaches said I had a good day and they like me," he noted. "They told me that I did a good job and to keep doing it. Asked if he has a list of college programs that are his leaders, he said, "It's too early to have any favorites. I have 22 offers so it has been a really good spring." After having a productive sophomore season, Victor said he is focused on improving for his junior season. "I am working on my route running and my hands, and attacking the ball," he pointed out. "I am planning on going to a couple of seven-on-sevens and continue to work hard to get ready for the ball," he added. Asked what he does best as a receiver, the four-star prospect said, "Having an eye for the ball and being able to go up and get it." As a sophomore he also competed in track and field. He said that he has bests of 22 feet in the long jump and 6-2 in the high jump.
