Preseason Football Photo Gallery Two

Photos from Auburn University's first preseason practice of the 2003 season are featured.

Steven Ross (80) and the tight ends take a water break at Auburn's first preseason football practice. Cole Bennett (87) is a freshman who could see action this fall at tight end where the Tigers must replace Lorenzo Diamond and Robert Johnson.

Dontarrious Thomas (54) and Karlos Dansby (11) run a drill in practice. The seniors are returning starters who are attracting preseason honors.

Quarterback Brandon Cox (12) looks to move up the depth chart his fall. The freshman trails junior Jason Campell and redshirt freshman Josh Sullivan. Quarterback coach Steve Ensminger checks out the action.

True freshman quarterback Courtney Denson is shown at his first college practice. Denson could also get a look at cornrback or wide receiver, Tommy Tuberville says.

Doug Langenfeld (98) is a newcomer to the Tigers who is expected to compete for playing time at defensive end. Defensive line coach Don Dunn works with the junior.

Senior wide receiver Jeris McIntyre is looking to finish his collegiate playing days with a big season. Recommended Stories
