Duval was named the team’s place-kicker at ceremonies on Thursday night. Earlier in the week, he was named a first team All-SEC kicker and punter. He was also named to the Academic All-SEC team and was one of three finalist for the Lou Groza Award, which was presented earlier this week.
Auburn’s last player to make the Walter Camp All-America team was punter Terry Daniel following the unbeaten 1993 season.

Duval kicked three game-winning field goals this season as he connected on 16-26 attempts.
As a sophomore last season, Duval was an Football News honorable mention All-American as a punter and was a first team All-SEC selection as a punter. In 1999, he was a Freshman All-SEC pick after redshirting in 1998.
Duval was a two-time All-State pick at Central High School in Chattanooga, Tenn., where he kicked a 57-yard field goal. He was also a standout soccer player.
