Auburn, Ala.--The kickoff time for Auburn’s next home game, an Oct. 6th date vs. the Vanderbilt Commodores, has been set for 11:30 a.m. to accommodate regional television coverage on LFS.

It will be Auburn’s second morning kickoff of the season. The Tigers also played in the 11:30 time slot in game three vs. Mississippi State.

Auburn’s 1957 national championship team, which is celebrating the 50th anniversary of its unbeaten season, will be honored in ceremonies at Jordan-Hare Stadium during the Vanderbilt game.

Coach Bobby Johnson's Vanderbilt team, which is 2-1 overall and 1-1 in the SEC, plays a non-conference home game this week vs. Eastern Michigan.

Auburn’s game this week is a 7 p.m. CDT kickoff from Gainesville, Fla., with TV coverage on ESPN as the Tigers face the unbeaten Florida Gators.
