Hadley had 79 tackles, 10 interceptions with three returned for a touchdown and holds a school record 19 interceptions in his high school career. He was named First Team All-Suncoast, 4A First Team All-State DB.
One of the top safety prospects in Florida, Angelo Hadley finished his junior season (13-1) with 94 tackles (22 in one game), three picks, three fumbles caused, three fumbles recovered and one defensive touchdown. Hadley says he can bench press 300-pounds and squat 365. He also claims a 34-inch vertical. Also runs track (10.7 100m, 22.4 200m). "I think I'll only play football in college," he said.
Hadley reports a 2.6 core GPA and an 18 ACT.
Hadley: "I'm a hard hitter and can make plays when the ball is in the air. I can cover a lot of ground and move well from left to right. I'm a good solid tackler, but I still want to improve my man-to-man coverage. I also want to work on my footwork and have been doing a lot of one-on-one drills."
