Powell Named SEC's Player of the Week

Arkansas redshirt junior forward Marshawn Powell is honored as the SEC's Player of the Week after averaging 22 points per game in a pair of wins over Auburn and Missouri.

The SEC's Player of the Week lit up a pair of Tiger squads this week and now knows he will get to play before a second sellout home crowd in a couple of weeks. The league gave Arkansas' redshirt junior Marshawn Powell the weekly honor after the Razorbacks' wins at Auburn and over visiting Missouri.
